Qualification and Competencies. Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate. 3 to 5 Years of experience in SAP as ABAP HR developer with good exposure to HCM. Expertise in HR development. Development experience in ABAP 7.40 or higher is preferred. Good understanding of Payroll processing in SAP HCM and experience in Payroll application development. Good experience in Interface implementations using OData, IDocs, RFCs etc and Form developments. Expertise in various Enhancement Implementation options. Configure and maintain core Time Management setup, including Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules (including Rotational Schedules), ensuring accurate scheduling and calendar allocation across employee groups and locations. Design and manage Time-Off Balance Management and Time-Off Request processes, enabling accurate accrual, entitlement tracking, and self-service leave request workflows for employees and managers.
