Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support the delivery of large-scale payroll transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments. The successful candidate will play a key role across payroll design, configuration, migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live st.

Design and deliver SAP HCM/ECP payroll solutions, interface implementations, enhancements and payroll processing applications for global clients using SAP cloud technologies.

The SAP HR HCM Consultant will implement and configure SAP HCM modules including PA,OM,TM,and CATS while coordinating Workday integrations. Responsibilities include analyzing HR business processes,providing end-user training,maintaining system documentation,and supporting payroll and employee lifecycle operations.

The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will configure and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions focused on India Payroll and taxation requirements. Responsibilities include payroll processing,validation,troubleshooting,payroll reconciliation,year-end activities,and preparing functional specifications and documentation.

The SAP Payroll Configuration Consultant will configure and deliver SAP Payroll solutions for U.S. and Canadian payroll implementations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting payroll integration issues,conducting payroll testing,ensuring compliance reporting,and providing system support to optimize payroll processes.

The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will manage end-to-end Australia Payroll operations including pre-payroll validation,payroll execution,and post-payroll reconciliation. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Australian payroll regulations,handling retro calculations,off-cycle payments,UAT support,and payroll data migration activities.

The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will support Indian Payroll implementations and payroll-related activities in enterprise environments. Responsibilities include handling requirement gathering,training,testing,data migration,configuration of PA/OM/Time Management/Payroll,and integrating HCM with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.

The SAP HR Implementations Professional will implement and configure SAP HR modules including payroll processing,employee data management,and benefits administration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting SAP HR issues,providing training and support,maintaining SAP HR documentation,and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

The SAP HCM Implementation Professional will implement and configure SAP HCM modules including core HR,payroll,and benefits administration. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams,developing business solutions,and maintaining technical documentation for implemented SAP HCM systems.

The SAP HCM Consultant will provide end-to-end support,configuration,and enhancement of SAP Human Capital Management solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders,understanding HR processes,and translating requirements into SAP HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.
