Fresher - SAP HCM at Reserve Bank Information Technology focuses on SAP HCM, HR transformation, employee lifecycle management, process optimization, configuration, testing, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and support activities. The role requires understanding of HR operations, SAP modules, reporting, integration, and business process improvements. Candidates will work with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions while ensuring compliance, usability, and operational efficiency.

Work on SAP HCM Payroll implementation including payroll schemas, rules, workshops, testing, and integration.

Configure, support and enhance SAP HCM modules including Time Management, Organizational Management and Payroll. Manage payroll processing, off-cycle payrolls, retroactive accounting and payroll reconciliation. Support integrations between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors along with biometric systems and middleware integrations. Conduct UAT, testing and production support activities.

Manage end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and configurations. Configure PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS SAP Fiori modules. Analyze business requirements, support integrations, manage data migration, conduct UAT and maintain documentation. Provide troubleshooting and support for SAP HCM solutions and monitor system performance.

Work on SAP HCM modules under expert guidance. Assist in configuration, testing and support of HR processes in SAP. Work closely with HR teams to understand business processes and optimize them using SAP solutions. Help with documentation, user training and troubleshooting while staying updated on SAP HCM enhancements and best practices.
