Collaborate with HCM, Benefits, and Time Tracking teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions and troubleshoot payroll-related issues. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, client discussions, and mentoring activities within global payroll transformation programs.

Provide AMS and post-production support for Workday HCM modules with primary focus on Compensation and Absence management processes. Resolve support tickets, perform configuration updates, testing, deployment activities, and release impact analysis for Workday environments. Support compensation cycles, eligibility management, absence workflows, and regression testing while maintaining SLA-driven operations. Collaborate with global clients, AMS leads, and internal teams to ensure stable Workday HCM operations and continuous process improvements.

Analyze Workday HCM, Finance, and Integration business processes and convert functional workflows into scalable automated test scenarios using enterprise automation platforms. Design, develop, execute, and maintain reusable automation test cases while supporting regression testing, Workday weekly updates, and biannual releases. Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate business requirements, improve test coverage, and enhance automation efficiency across Workday implementations. Participate in onboarding, implementation support, AI-driven testing initiatives, and enterprise application lifecycle automation projects.
