Workday Functional Consultant-Payroll

Lead Workday US Payroll implementation and AMS support engagements covering payroll configuration, taxation, deductions, earnings, integrations, and compliance requirements. Manage payroll data conversion, reconciliation, SIT/UAT testing, go-live support, and payroll parallel run activities across enterprise payroll operations. Collaborate with HCM, Benefits, and Time Tracking teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions and troubleshoot payroll-related issues. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, client discussions, and mentoring activities within global payroll transformation programs.

Strong expertise in Workday US Payroll configuration, payroll integrations, reconciliation, taxation, and compliance management is required. Candidate should possess hands-on experience with EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and enterprise payroll implementations. Workday Payroll certification and multi-state payroll processing exposure will be preferred.
