Workday AMS Consultant HCM

Provide AMS and post-production support for Workday HCM modules with primary focus on Compensation and Absence management processes. Resolve support tickets, perform configuration updates, testing, deployment activities, and release impact analysis for Workday environments. Support compensation cycles, eligibility management, absence workflows, and regression testing while maintaining SLA-driven operations. Collaborate with global clients, AMS leads, and internal teams to ensure stable Workday HCM operations and continuous process improvements.

Strong expertise in Workday HCM Compensation and Absence modules with configuration and issue resolution experience is required. Candidate should possess Workday HCM certification, AMS support exposure, regression testing knowledge, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to manage production support and Workday release activities is preferred.
