Workday HCM Consultant (Scrumconnect)

The Workday HCM Consultant will lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, and go-live. The consultant will configure and customize Workday HCM modules including core HR functions, employee records, and benefits administration, collaborate with HR teams to analyze workflows and identify improvement areas, manage data migration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR data, develop and execute test plans, and deliver training and post-implementation support to HR users. The team fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where continuous learning and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged across all levels. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Proven experience implementing Workday HCM (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, and Benefits modules). Workday HCM certification preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems. Experience with Workday security configuration and role-based access controls. Excellent communication and project management skills. Any Graduate qualification. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
