Automation Test Engineer- Workday

Analyze Workday HCM, Finance, and Integration business processes and convert functional workflows into scalable automated test scenarios using enterprise automation platforms. Design, develop, execute, and maintain reusable automation test cases while supporting regression testing, Workday weekly updates, and biannual releases. Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate business requirements, improve test coverage, and enhance automation efficiency across Workday implementations. Participate in onboarding, implementation support, AI-driven testing initiatives, and enterprise application lifecycle automation projects.

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, and Integration processes with exposure to automation or manual testing concepts is required. Candidate should possess analytical skills, regression testing experience, SDLC understanding, and stakeholder communication abilities. Experience in Workday support, COE environments, QA methodologies, and integration testing will be preferred.
