This role requires an active, mandatory Workday Adaptive Planning certification, formerly known as Adaptive Insights, with candidates lacking this credential not considered for the position. A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adaptive Planning models is required. Strong data integration skills are essential for connecting Workday Financials, external ERPs, HCM, and CRM systems into the planning environment. Practical experience building expense, personnel, revenue, and capital planning models is needed. Strong collaboration skills are required for partnering directly with Finance and FP&A teams throughout implementation and ongoing optimization work at Jade Global.
