Job Description
Lead implementation and optimization of Workday Recruiting solutions. Manage talent acquisition technology platforms, configure recruiting processes, support AI-driven recruitment tools, engage with stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of recruitment transformation initiatives. Drive adoption of Workday Recruiting and enhance candidate lifecycle management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Workday Recruiting experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations. Expertise in Calculated Fields, EIBs, Security Groups and recruitment workflows. Experience with AI/ML recruitment tools, stakeholder management and HR technology transformation projects.
