Workday Developer

This Custom Software Engineer role at Cloudxtreme involves designing, building, and configuring custom Workday applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability. Daily activities include active participation in team discussions, contributing solutions to work‑related problems, and participating in code reviews to provide constructive feedback. The role requires proficiency in Workday Studio with strong development experience in Contract to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report modules. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application functionality and user experience.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience with proficiency in Workday Studio and strong knowledge of Workday modules including Contract to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. Strong understanding of application design principles and integration tools within the Workday ecosystem is required. Familiarity with programming languages relevant to application development and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently is essential. A 15 years full time education is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
