Workday Configuration

Gather and analyze business requirements, configure Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence, Payroll, Benefits and Financial Management modules. Conduct workshops, configure business processes, security, reports and dashboards, support data migration, testing, UAT, production support, integrations, training and Workday implementation best practices.

6+ years hands-on Workday Functional experience with ERP/HCM consulting background. Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework, security, calculated fields, custom reports, testing, defect management, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, Workday implementation lifecycle and certifications preferred.
