Job Description
Configure and manage Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. Support attendance, leave management and compliance processes. Collaborate with HR, payroll and IT teams to implement business policies and resolve production issues. Generate reports, perform testing and support Workday upgrades.
Requirements
8-12 years of experience with at least 5 years in Workday Absence implementations. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Time Tracking and Absence modules. Understanding of labor compliance, payroll integration, analytics and user training. Workday certification preferred.
