Manage integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll using middleware solutions such as SAP BTP. Monitor payroll operations including payroll schemas, wage types, payroll control records, PCRs, payroll compliance, statutory reporting, payroll validation, payroll reconciliation, and payroll troubleshooting activities. Conduct system testing, documentation, training, upgrades, enhancements, and payroll transformation initiatives while supporting global payroll operations and compliance requirements.
