Sap Successfactors ECP Consultant

Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions to ensure efficient and compliant payroll operations. Collaborate with HR and IT teams for requirement gathering, solution design, payroll process alignment, and payroll optimization. Manage integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll using middleware solutions such as SAP BTP. Monitor payroll operations including payroll schemas, wage types, payroll control records, PCRs, payroll compliance, statutory reporting, payroll validation, payroll reconciliation, and payroll troubleshooting activities. Conduct system testing, documentation, training, upgrades, enhancements, and payroll transformation initiatives while supporting global payroll operations and compliance requirements.

Candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with mandatory SAP certification in Employee Central and/or ECP. Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll control records, payroll compliance, Employee Central integration, SAP BTP integration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and payroll operations is required. Candidate should have excellent communication, workshop management, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
