SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Provide implementation, customization and support services for SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management and ESS/MSS. Handle incident management, service requests, business improvement initiatives, change requests and testing activities. Prepare functional specifications, test plans and scripts, collaborate with ABAP and cross-functional teams, support payroll operations and ensure SLA compliance within enterprise HR environments.

5+ years of SAP HCM experience with strong expertise in Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, ESS/MSS and HR support processes. Payroll experience, especially Australia and New Zealand Payroll, is highly desirable. Experience with ticketing systems, Agile/JIRA, UKG Kronos, WRICEF objects and SAP SuccessFactors exposure preferred. Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills required.
