Collaborate with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and EHS teams for integration scenarios. Support data migration, cutover planning, user training, documentation, testing, and system upgrades in ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Manage end-to-end SAP AMS project delivery including project planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder communication, managed services, and shared support models. Drive presales activities, proposal creation, estimations, SLA adherence, risk mitigation, and project execution. Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams and deliver reports and presentations to leadership and clients.

Lead and drive SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects for enterprise clients. Oversee project planning, execution, delivery, risk management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, solution architecture, and change management. Manage cross-functional teams, gather requirements, support testing and training activities, and ensure successful SAP project delivery aligned with timelines, business goals, and budgets.

Perform integration of SAP DMS (Document Management System) with OpenText Extended ECM. Configure and setup SAP DMS including document types, version management, and DMS storage area configuration. Support document control, engineering change management, enterprise content management, and PLM processes integrated with SAP systems. Work on implementation and deployment activities while ensuring smooth management of SAP DMS processes.

Lead and support SAP PM module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP PM processes including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work orders, notifications, and equipment management. Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, and FI modules to ensure seamless business operations. Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective system utilization. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and business outcomes.

Provide technical expertise on SAP Plant Maintenance modules to clients across industries. Lead implementation projects from planning to go-live, collaborate with teams for maintenance planning, scheduling, inventory management and quality control processes. Conduct user training sessions, provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements using SAP PM functionalities.

Work on SAP Plant Maintenance projects across client locations in Pan India. Support implementation and consulting activities related to SAP PM modules while collaborating with business stakeholders and handling project delivery responsibilities.

Design and configure SAP PM module for maintenance business processes including General Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance. Handle PM master data such as Equipment Master, Functional Location, BOM, Work Centers, Maintenance Plans, Measuring Points and Counters. Support upgrade, rollout and implementation projects, integrate PM with MM, PP, QM, SD and finance modules, design interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems, prepare test cases and maintain deployment documentation.
