Job Description: Key Responsibilities Support and maintain SAP PS (Project System) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using SAP PS . Configure and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), network activities, and project budgeting . Manage maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, and preventive maintenance planning in SAP PM. Implement, configure, and support SAP EHS within S/4HANA environments. Manage Incident Management, Risk Assessment, CAPA processes, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Substance Management, compliance reporting, audits, Fiori applications, testing, training, and system upgrades while integrating with PM, MM, QM, and FI modules.

Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA EHS processes for mining and manufacturing operations. Implement Incident Management, Risk Management, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Substance Management, Audit Compliance, SAP integration, mobile safety reporting, predictive analytics, training, and L1/L2/L3 support activities.

Lead SAP S/4HANA EHS implementation and support initiatives. Manage module integration, SAP Fiori applications, IDoc interfaces, support AMS projects, configure EHS business processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders in manufacturing and mining environments.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, reporting, change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Support SAP Plant Maintenance projects across client locations in India. Participate in implementation, consulting, support, maintenance process optimization, stakeholder communication, and client engagement activities. Travel to client locations as required and contribute to successful SAP PM deployments.

Lead end-to-end SAP PM implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support engagements. Configure asset maintenance, predictive maintenance, maintenance planning, and SAP PM processes. Manage ServiceMax integration, conduct workshops, lead UAT sessions, mentor junior consultants, and support multi-country SAP transformation programs.

Lead SAP PM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollout projects. Gather requirements, configure maintenance processes, integrate PM with MM, PP, and FI modules, perform testing, data migration, cutover planning, training, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments.

Support SAP PM processes including maintenance planning, work order management, preventive maintenance, and asset management. Collaborate with global teams across regions, participate in shared service implementations, support integrations with MM, FI, and CO modules, and manage project documentation and process improvements.

Facilitate SAP PM implementation and support activities. Analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, configure PM solutions, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, provide consulting services, support implementations, and act as liaison between business and technical teams. Deliver user training and mentor junior consultants.
