Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IL6S and Business Development teams, the Techno Lead ensures optimum equipment performance, improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), higher Global Efficiency (GE), increased MTBB, reduced MTTR, improved yields and sustainable manufacturing performance. As the technical owner of the line, the Techno Lead develops maintenance capability, drives IL6S and HPWS practices, supports capital and digitization initiatives, and coaches frontline teams to eliminate losses and improve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support food safety risk reduction initiatives and ensure effective change management. Execute Preventive Maintenance Standard Work Processes (PM SWP) including planning, scheduling, time-based maintenance and condition-based monitoring. Lead breakdown analysis (BDA), root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Develop alternate sourcing strategies for maintenance parts and services. Lead IL6S PM Pillar progression in line with site roadmap. Lead productivity, debottlenecking and yield improvement projects. Support digitization initiatives and implementation of future manufacturing technologies. Conduct Maintenance Prevention (MP) workshops and support capital interventions. Partner with Process Lead, Engineering and Production teams to achieve production targets. Track weekly and monthly KPIs including: People Leadership Lead at least one plant-wide Standard Work Process (SWP).
