The IT Project Manager will manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure including requirements gathering,solution design,development,testing,deployment,and hypercare. Responsibilities include risk management,stakeholder engagement,budget control,and governance compliance.

Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements for SAP Plant Maintenance and Maintain-to-Settle business processes. Work on SAP S/4HANA PM implementations, process decomposition, SAP best practices, and cross-functional integration across maintenance operations. Configure SAP PM functionalities and support maintenance planning, execution, and reporting activities. Collaborate with CxO-level stakeholders, mentor project teams, and drive implementation success through knowledge transfer and delivery excellence. Participate in architecture discussions, SAP Fiori application usage, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive SAP implementation and finance transformation projects aligned with customer business objectives and enterprise IT strategy. Manage complete SAP project execution including issue management, time management, cost management, communication planning, quality assurance, risk mitigation, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. Lead project teams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and coordinate with SAP consultants, functional teams, and business users. Prepare project plans, conduct steering committee meetings, handle escalations, monitor project timelines, and ensure successful implementation delivery. Work on Agile methodologies, cloud solutions, SAP Activate methodology, and multi-country project environments while ensuring high-quality project governance and compliance.
