Finance Transformation Manager - SAP PM

Drive SAP implementation and finance transformation projects aligned with customer business objectives and enterprise IT strategy. Manage complete SAP project execution including issue management, time management, cost management, communication planning, quality assurance, risk mitigation, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. Lead project teams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and coordinate with SAP consultants, functional teams, and business users. Prepare project plans, conduct steering committee meetings, handle escalations, monitor project timelines, and ensure successful implementation delivery. Work on Agile methodologies, cloud solutions, SAP Activate methodology, and multi-country project environments while ensuring high-quality project governance and compliance.

Candidate should have strong project management expertise with experience in leading SAP implementation and transformation projects. Must possess knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments along with strong functional exposure to SAP PM, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, or SAP FI/CO modules. Experience in budgeting, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, risk management, communication planning, and project governance is required. PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or Prince2 certifications will be preferred. Candidate should have excellent leadership, analytical, presentation, escalation handling, and client-facing communication skills.
