Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Issue (GI) and stock-transfer transactions. Maintain accurate material master, stock and inventory records. Enter production confirmations and material consumption in SAP. Monitor SAP stock and reconcile it with physical inventory. Generate daily/weekly/monthly SAP reports. Coordinate with Stores, Production, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Accounts and Logistics teams. Verify supporting documents before making SAP entries.
