Release production orders, PRs and material triggers in line with planning cycles. Material Flow & Inventory Control. Control stage-wise inventory across RM, forging, machining, heat treatment and FG. Ensure planned coverage of RM, WIP and supplier stock to avoid shortages. Plan Adherence & Recovery. Track plan vs actual across production, supply and sales on a daily and weekly basis. Monitor stage-wise stock and production flow to prevent disruption at downstream processes.
