Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) experience. Experience in at least 3 full-cycle end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Minimum 5 years of domain/business process experience in Sales, Order Management, Distribution, Logistics, or related functions. Key Skills & Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and support, including: Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes Pricing and Billing Shipping and Transportation Credit Management Returns and Rebates Master Data Management & migration Experience in integration with SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales processes and migration/conversion projects is highly preferred. Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities. Experience in stakeholder management, user training, and post-go-live support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred candidate profile
