Job Title: HR Intern - Data Management Company: Bismi Group Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: HR Intern – Human Resources Data Management Company: Bismi International Location: Dubai, UAE About the Role We are seeking a detail\-oriented HR Intern to support the HR department with data management, documentation, and HRMS administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process\-driven work and wants hands\-on exposure to HR systems and records management in a fast\-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities HRMS \& Data Management* * Maintain and update employee records within the HRMS (new joiners, transfers, exits, personal detail changes) * Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all HR system fields * Generate HRMS reports (headcount, attendance, leave balances, turnover) as required * Support system audits and periodic data cleanup exercises * Support payroll input verification (attendance, leave records) before submission * Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, correspondence) * Assist with preparing HR reports and internal documentation * Hands\-on exposure to HR data management, HRMS, and documentation processes in a leading FMCG company * Mentorship from experienced HR professionals * 3 Months Internship Work Location: In person Work Location: Dubai, DU, United Arab Emirates Availability: Full time

Requirements * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables a plus) and MS Office generally * Experience with any HRMS platform (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Zoho People, Bayzat) is an advantage * High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with sensitive/confidential data * Strong organizational skills and discretion in handling confidential information * Prior internship or admin experience is a plus, but not required Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Salary: AED Up to 2000 per monthly
