SuccessFactors Trainee

In2it Enterprise Business Services is hiring a SuccessFactors Trainee in Bhubaneswar to collaborate closely with the internal HR team on implementing SuccessFactors solutions across the organization. You will develop hands-on expertise across core SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Employee Integration Platform, and Learning Management System, building practical implementation skills through guided, structured exposure to live projects. Providing technical support and training to end users forms a meaningful part of the role, helping the wider organization adopt SuccessFactors functionality confidently. Analyzing HR data and mapping existing business processes onto SuccessFactors capabilities is also expected, ensuring configurations genuinely reflect how the organization actually operates rather than generic best-practice assumptions, while supporting seamless integration between HR systems.

This trainee role requires 2-7 years of general professional experience with a genuine interest in developing SuccessFactors implementation skills, particularly across Employee Central, EIP, and LMS modules. Strong technical support instincts are valuable, since the role involves helping end users adopt new HR technology through direct training and troubleshooting. Basic data analysis capability is expected, supporting the mapping of business processes onto system configurations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, guided learning environment while contributing meaningfully to live implementation projects from an early stage of their SuccessFactors career.
