Professional & Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. * Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. * Experience in customizing and extending SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet complex business requirements. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. * Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems. * The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. * This position is based at our Chennai office. * A 15 years full time education is required.
