Job Description
8-10+ years SAP Payroll experience. At least 2 full SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations. Strong US Payroll expertise, including BSI Tax Factory, taxes, benefits, deductions, garnishments, and payments. Hands-on expertise in wage types, schemas, PCRs, payroll processing and troubleshooting. Experience with SAP BTP and third-party integrations. Benefits and Employee Lifecycle integration knowledge. Lead payroll implementations, testing, releases, enhancements, and production support. Strong experience creating technical/functional specifications. Support year-end payroll, W-2s, statutory reporting, and audits. Work with global teams across US, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, etc. Active SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification is required.
