Qualifications: * 1 year of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or similar HR systems. * Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (SNOW). * Experience handling high-volume transactional work with strong accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including: + Use of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, TEXT functions) + Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation + Creation and use of Pivot Tables for data analysis + Efficient use of Excel shortcuts to manage large datasets Key Skills Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Salary: Not disclosed
