Support a high-impact business transformation initiative involving SAP SD configuration, implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Lead workshops, prepare documentation, manage integrations and support business process reconfiguration activities in a global environment.

Gather business requirements and design SAP SD solutions for multi-country S/4HANA rollouts. Configure Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, output determination, ATP, credit management and EDI/IDOC integrations. Resolve production issues and collaborate with development teams to deliver business value.

Lead end-to-end SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes including pricing, billing, shipping, returns and credit management.
