The role involves handling inbound and outbound delivery processes, warehouse and inventory coordination, shipment and ASN monitoring, freight cost monitoring, SLA-driven issue resolution, and process improvement activities. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD, MM, WM, EDI, IDoc handling, RCA, stakeholder coordination, and logistics operations is required. The candidate must be flexible to work in US business hours and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth logistics operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Professional Experience: 7+ years proven exposure to the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle within manufacturing (Pharma preferred). Technical Expertise: Knowledge of IDOC, EDI, ALE. Expertise in Partner Determination, Shipping Point, Route Determination. Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, enterprise structuring, cross-module integration (SD-MM-FI). Academic: Bachelors or Master’s degree. SAP Certification preferred.
