In this role, you will act as a key focal point for our sales administration, managing the order lifecycle with a focus on accuracy, quality, and excellent service to our distributors and internal partners. * Order Processing: Review and process orders in SAP\-ERP with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with business guidelines and pricing policies. * Problem Solving: Proactively handle order discrepancies, billing issues, and licensing inquiries, ensuring smooth resolution for customers. * Partner Support: Provide high\-level back\-office support to global distributors and partners regarding ordering processes and licensing logic. * Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal departments (Finance, Sales, Legal) to facilitate deal booking. * Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy in the system to support financial reporting and revenue recognition. Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

Qualifications * + Experience: 1\-0-1 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Support, or similar Operational roles – Required. + Language Skills: Excellent English (Written \& Verbal) is a must. Ability to communicate clearly with global teams. + Technical Skills: - Experience with SAP (ERP) – Strong Advantage. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook). + Soft Skills: - Service\-oriented with a "customer\-first" approach. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment. + Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce/Humanities). + Availability: Flexible to work in shifts and support quarter\-end peaks (extended hours during the last 2 weeks of the quarter).
