Job Description
The Senior SAP HCM Consultant will drive end-to-end functional ownership of SAP HCM to enable scalable HR operations. The consultant will lead implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support of SAP HCM modules, translate business requirements into functional specifications, configure enterprise and personnel structures, ensure localization requirements, manage integration with FICO, MM, SD, and third-party systems, lead data migration using LSMW, develop reports using SAP tools, and conduct user training while acting as SME for business teams.
Requirements
6-8 years in SAP HCM roles with minimum two full lifecycle implementations. Expertise in Indian Payroll and data migration. SAP HCM certification preferred. Any Graduate qualification.
