Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll Test Analyst Company: TestDel Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll Test Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for validating SAP SuccessFactors modules and payroll processes to ensure accuracy, stability, and a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing test scenarios, creating and maintaining test cases, and performing manual testing of configurations, integrations, and payroll runs. The role involves analyzing test results, documenting defects, and collaborating with functional consultants, HR, payroll, and technical teams to resolve issues. The analyst will participate in test management activities such as test data preparation, regression testing, and reporting on test progress and quality metrics. This role also contributes to continuous improvement of testing practices and supports UAT by guiding stakeholders through test cycles. Work Location: India Availability: Full time

Qualifications * Strong hands-on experience with Testing and Manual Testing, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors and payroll processes. * Proficiency in Test Execution, including designing, running, and documenting test cases and scenarios. * Experience with Test Management, such as organizing test cycles, managing defects, and reporting test outcomes. * Demonstrated Analytical Skills for troubleshooting issues, validating data, and interpreting complex HR and payroll rules. * Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Time, Payroll) and related integrations is highly beneficial. * Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies, including regression testing, UAT support, and defect tracking systems. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Previous experience in HRIS or payroll testing, and relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus. Essential Requirements * Available to join within 4 week * Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP testing experience . * Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing. * Practical experience in SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll testing. * Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, or enhancements. * Good understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle events. * Experience with payroll integration and data validation. * Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing. * Experience designing test cases independently from business requirements. * Familiarity with JIRA, qTest, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar testing tools. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
