Job Description
The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will have strong expertise in Australia Payroll processing and manage end-to-end payroll operations including pre-payroll validation, payroll execution, and post-payroll reconciliation. The consultant will ensure compliance with Australian statutory regulations such as PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and STP reporting, handle retro calculations, off-cycle payments, payroll adjustments, and posting results to Finance/GL, perform payroll testing, UAT support, troubleshooting discrepancies, audit support, and participate in payroll data migration and reconciliation activities.
Requirements
8-10 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience with expertise in Australia Payroll processing and compliance. Strong understanding of Australian statutory regulations. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate.
