Oracle Apps Functional HRMS Consultant

Job Title: Oracle Apps Functional HRMS Consultant Company: Clover Infotech SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Functional HRMS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have participated in 1 to 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementations and possess strong functional consulting, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills. * Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules including: * Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including: * Experience in payroll configurations including elements, balances, fast formulas, and statutory processes. * Understanding of HRMS data model and integration touchpoints. * Experience in preparing functional specifications for technical developments. * Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and implementation lifecycle. * 4 to 8 years of Oracle HRMS functional experience. * 1 to 2 full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementation projects. * Experience in support, enhancements, and rollout projects. * Exposure to Oracle Payroll processes and OTL configurations. Preferred candidate profile Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HRMS modules. * Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS R12/R12.2. * Hands-on experience in: Mandatory Experience * Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Benefits. * Experience with Workflow, AME, and HRMS integrations. * Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM migration projects will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
