About The Role As the Senior CI \& Training Specialist, you will: * Lead and support the site's Journey to Excellence (JTE) and continuous improvement initiatives. * Facilitate cross\-functional improvement projects that deliver measurable outcomes in safety, quality, service, cost and productivity. * Drive loss elimination activities, problem\-solving workshops and performance improvement programs. * Maintain key industrial performance systems, labour standards, planning rates and manufacturing master data. * Lead the site's Training \& Development pillar and competency\-building strategy. * Develop and implement training programs, SOPs, one\-point lessons and capability\-building initiatives. * Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), skills matrices and training compliance processes. * Partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, HR and Maintenance teams to build workforce capability and support audit readiness. * Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve decision making and strengthen operational discipline.
