• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. • Must have done at least two end to end implementation. • Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution • Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML. • Must have worked on MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows.
