SAP Module: SAP SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: * We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, configurations, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The candidate should have strong expertise across Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM), and Recruiting, with the ability to translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions. * The role requires strong functional and solutioning expertise, including end-to-end implementation, configuration, business process design, data migration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements. * Perform detailed requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) including: * Foundation Objects * MDF Objects * Generic Objects * Position Management * Job Information * Employment Information * Compensation Information * Employee Data * Business Rules * Workflows * Event Reason Derivations * Role-Based Permissions (RBP) * Data Models and Succession Data Models * Picklists and Propagation Logic * Design and configure complex Employee Central business rules, workflows, event reasons, object relationships, and HR transaction processes. * Work on Employee Central data migration using Import/Export, Incremental Imports, Employee Data Imports, and other SuccessFactors migration mechanisms. * Configure and support Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM) including: * Goal Plan Templates * Performance Forms * Route Maps * Calibration * Competencies * Rating Scales * Continuous Performance Management * Performance Management workflows * Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Recruiting Management (RCM) including: * Job Requisition Templates * Candidate Profiles * Application Templates * Interview and Assessment workflows * Offer Management * Recruiting workflows * Candidate status configuration * Business rules and permissions * Analyze and resolve complex configuration, integration, data, and production issues across SuccessFactors modules. * Design and support integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems / SAP ERP systems. * Work with Integration Center, OData APIs, Compound Employee API, REST/SOAP interfaces, and other integration mechanisms where applicable. * Support integration requirements involving employee master data, organizational data, recruitment data, and downstream HR systems. * Configure and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and troubleshoot security/access-related issues. * Perform impact analysis for configuration changes and ensure alignment across interconnected SuccessFactors modules. * Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, solution design documents, and technical/functional documentation. * Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities. * Coordinate with technical teams, integration teams, HR business users, vendors, and other functional consultants. * Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors best practices, SAP-recommended configuration approaches, and solution optimization. * Participate in workshops with HR and business stakeholders and provide recommendations for complex HR process requirements. * Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and optimization within the SuccessFactors landscape. * Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-priority incidents. * 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience * Strong hands-on expertise in: * SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central * Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM) * SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Recruiting Management (RCM) * Strong knowledge of Employee Central data model and configuration * Hands-on experience with MDF, Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Position Management * Strong expertise in Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and RBP * Experience with Succession Data Model and Corporate Data Model * Strong understanding of SuccessFactors integrations and data flows * Hands-on experience with Integration Center and OData APIs * Knowledge of Compound Employee API / Employee Central APIs * Experience with data migration, imports/exports, data validation and reconciliation * Strong experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment and production support * Experience in solution design, fit-gap analysis and configuration workshops * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities Work Location: Ang Mo Kio, S00, Singapore Availability: Full time
