SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant

Intechnative Systems & Services is hiring a remote SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to analyze client HR processes and translate them into effective SuccessFactors configurations across Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. You will develop clear functional specifications that bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring configuration work stays grounded in genuine client needs. Conducting system testing and coordinating user acceptance testing are core responsibilities, catching configuration issues before they reach production. Delivering end-user training helps clients adopt new functionality confidently, while troubleshooting live issues and collaborating closely with technical teams ensures integration points between SuccessFactors and other systems continue functioning reliably across the client's broader HR technology landscape.

This role requires 3-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experience, with hands-on exposure to Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, or Compensation modules. Strong skills in developing functional specifications are essential, translating business requirements into clear, implementable configuration documentation. Candidates should be comfortable conducting system testing and coordinating UAT cycles with client stakeholders, alongside delivering effective end-user training sessions. Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations and the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams on troubleshooting is expected, particularly given the fully remote nature of this consulting role.
