SAP HR/HCM CATS C2 Functional Consultant

Hi we are hiring for. Description:. SAP HR CATS C2 Consultant We are seeking an SAP HR Consultant with hands-on experience in CATS Cross-Application Time Sheet, specifically C2 configurations, to support time recording, approval workflows, integrations, and system enhancements within SAP HCM

Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and support SAP CATS C2 profiles, layouts, data entry profiles, and approval structures. Manage time data integration with SAP HR, Payroll, Controlling CO, and Project Systems PS Troubleshoot time entry issues, workflow errors, and inconsistencies between HR,CO,PS modules. Work with business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements or process improvements. Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support for CATS related changes. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments reports, interfaces, workflows Provide end-user training and documentation. Required Skills Experience 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP HR , HCM with strong exposure to CATS C2 processes. Solid understanding of time management, cost allocation, project time booking, and HR master data. Experience in integrations with SAP ECC S4HANA modules HR, CO, PS, PM Strong problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have pls reach out. Thanks and Regards.
