Job Title: Risk and Compliance Lead Company: Coronado Global Resources Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Systems and Assurance Lead to join our team at the Curragh Complex in Blackwater. This role will provide support across statutory compliance, assurance and governance activities, helping ensure accurate reporting, effective record management and the integrity of our safety systems. Your role will be interesting and varied and will include: * Lead the governance framework for key HSET management systems across the operation. * Establish clear standards for risk and assurance ownership. * Ensure processes remain aligned with legislative, corporate and operational requirements. * Provide strategic advice to the Manager HSET and operational leaders regarding risks, assurance and improvement opportunities. * Monitor action completion, effectiveness and sustainability. * Oversee the operation’s Contractor Management Standards. * Demonstrated experience in a supervisory, leadership or senior specialist capacity. * Strong understanding of HSET management systems, governance and assurance. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capability. * Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership capability. * Experience with Damstra, FPe, ChemAlert and Power BI. * Experience with contractor management and site access systems. * Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors. * Where You Call Home Is Up to You: Whether that’s DIDO from the Capricorn Coast, Mackay \& Surrounds or living locally in the welcoming community of Blackwater.
