Job Title: Consultant (m/f/d) Company: T-mobile Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: #### Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily team operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and service requests * Act as the primary point of contact for German\-speaking employees, stakeholders, and business partners * Handle HR queries and employee requests in German and English, ensuring timely and accurate resolution * Monitor team workloads, track service levels (SLAs), and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines * Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR\-related documentation * Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance * Identify process gaps, resolve operational issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary * Prepare reports, analyze operational metrics, and provide regular updates to management * Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies, including government authorities, insurance providers, and other stakeholders * Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures * Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction * Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM * Experience supporting international or European clients * Experience in HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) * Knowledge of German labor practices and HR processes * Experience leading or coordinating small operational teams T\-Systems India plays a key role in this global vision by delivering integrated, end\-to\-end IT solutions and sector\-specific software to drive transformation across industries, including automotive, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, healthcare, and the public sector.
