The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions across finance, procurement, HR, and compliance modules, ensuring alignment with complex regulatory and operational banking requirements. This role demands strong cross-functional knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience in managing full-cycle SAP implementations in high-compliance environments.Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects across modules such as FICO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, and BASIS within a banking ecosystem. * Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design SAP solutions tailored to banking operations. * Configure SAP systems to support business objectives in areas like financial reporting, regulatory compliance, procurement, and HR. * Drive data migration, integration (with core banking systems), testing, training, and cutover activities. * Provide expert-level support in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, ensuring high availability, performance, and secure operations. * Ensure SAP solutions comply with banking regulations and internal audit/security standards. * Work with development teams for enhancements, ABAP customizations, and technical integration. * Conduct user training and change management initiatives during go-live and post-go-live phases. Required Skills & Experience: * Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions (SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.) * Prior experience working in regional banking transformation programs. * Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
