Role & responsibilities. Configure and support SAP Success factors compensation modules. Gather business requirements related to salary planning, merit increases, bonus and compensation cycle. Design and configure compensation worksheets, Templates, forms and Routes. Configure merit, bonus, lump sum, and other compensation components.
