While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time follows: 80% will be allocated to material client interaction through all project phases, project management.

Workday Recruiting certification is must. At least 3 8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Recruiting systems. Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting configuration, including requisition creation, job posting, candidate management, and offer management. Responsible for client deliverables (functional) of medium-high complexity work with quality check. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs. Configure and maintain the Workday Recruiting system to ensure it aligns with the clients requirements. Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype. Understand Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes.
