Job Title: Lead I - Enterprise Solutions Company: UST SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Role Description SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Consultant Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of learning management solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning administration, content integration, and learning process optimization. Key Responsibilities * Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) functionalities. * Manage learning assignments, classes, curricula, assignment profiles, and user learning activities. * Support data migration activities, including historical learning records and training data. * Integrate third-party learning content providers and external learning platforms. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define learner groups and training requirements. * Enable and support learning expansion initiatives, including digital learning and content library integrations. * Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and provide ongoing system support. * Participate in system testing, documentation, and user training activities. * Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation and support. * Strong understanding of learning assignments, curricula, classes, and assignment profiles. * Experience with LMS data migration and system integrations. * Knowledge of learning content standards and third-party content provider integrations. * Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Required Skills & Experience Preferred Qualifications * SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is a plus. * Experience in global learning management and enterprise learning programs. * Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules is advantageous.
