SAP Module: SAP SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. * Work closely with Singapore clients, HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-implementation support. * Manage implementation and rollout activities across SuccessFactors/HCM modules. Identify, assess and resolve complex business and project issues. * Coordinate with regional teams on delivery and implementation activities. * Provide functional and methodological guidance for testing, training and deployment. * Oversee software-specific design, realization, testing, release and deployment activities. * Work across Agile application development, support and deployment environments. * Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines and quality standards. * Support additional SuccessFactors modules and delivery areas as required. * Contribute to presales activities where required.
