Employee Master Data Team Lead

Lead Employee Master Data operations, review SAP HCM & EC transactions, manage reconciliations, MIS, RCA, data governance, SOX/audit compliance, stakeholder support, and process improvement. Required Candidate profile. 6–10 years’ experience with mandatory SAP HCM & Employee Central, RCA, reconciliation and MIS skills.
