Group Lead Master Data Management

Lead employee master data management across locations, oversee SAP HCM & Employee Central transactions, reconciliations, MIS, RCA, data governance, SOX/audit compliance, and manage a 15-member team. Required Candidate profile. 10–12 years’ experience with mandatory SAP HCM & Employee Central, RCA, reconciliation, MIS, and India Labour Laws.
